We use your personal data to: process and deliver your Order, including sharing the recipient's details with whoever fulfils delivery; communicate with you about your Order, including sending Dispatch Confirmations and updates by email, WhatsApp or phone;
process payments through our payment processor; respond to enquiries and complaints; comply with our legal and tax obligations, including record-keeping requirements under Egyptian law;
send you marketing communications, where you have consented to receive them;
and improve and analyse the performance of the Website, including through cookies and analytics tools (see Clause 7).
We share personal data with: our payment processor(s), to process card, mobile wallet and other electronic payments; our delivery personnel and any third-party couriers we engage, limited to what is needed to complete delivery (recipient name, phone number and address);
providers of the communication channels we use to reach you, such as email and WhatsApp; and analytics and advertising platforms (see Clause 7), where you have not opted out of non-essential cookies.
Other than the sharing described above, which is limited to what is necessary to provide our Services, we treat all personal data submitted by you, the sender or the recipient — including names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth and anniversary dates — as confidential.
We do not disclose such data to any other person or entity, and we do not sell it to third parties, unless required to do so by law or by a competent authority.
Where you place an Order for delivery to someone else, you must ensure you have their agreement to share their name, phone number and delivery address with us for the purpose of fulfilling that Order.
We use the recipient's data solely to arrange and complete delivery, and do not use it for marketing unless the recipient separately becomes our customer and consents to that.
Where you use our Pending Address Order service because you do not have the recipient's address, we collect only the recipient's phone number from you.
We contact the recipient directly by phone, SMS or WhatsApp to inform them of the gift and to Sally Helmy Fleuriste — Privacy Policy collect their delivery address.
The recipient's address, once provided, is kept confidential and is not disclosed to you, the sender, and is used solely to fulfil delivery of the Order, as described in Clause 18 (Pending Address Orders) of our Terms and Conditions.
