I made my orderr for a bouquet which was in stock "As mentioned online". a few hours later I receive a msg from a worker requesting to deliver the second day instead mentioning the flowers comes from airport!! Only after I sent a strong message back and threatening to cancel the order, he set back claiming that there was a small problem sorted out and flowers will be delivered same day (which they did). Flowers delivered were great though.

To be honest .. i was surprised.. since i have a very low expectations from egypt .. but Sally Helmy changed that for me .. i made an order from UK to cairo .. Same as the picture exactly… and there costumer is amazing.. i will put 10 stars .. but google only always 5 stars . ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic customer service. I contacted Sally Helmy on WhatsApp they were more then helpful, delivery was scheduled for a hotel that a friend was staying in. Everything went as planned with delivery. The flower arrangement was as the photos show online and true to description. Thank you again for answering all my question and delivering as promised. Definitely recommend Sally Helmy to help make that special person feel loved and appreciated.
