Flowers was perfect, however it was ordered for mother’s day, arrived too late at the end of the day , and also I received email that it was arrived while it arrived 1 hour later!! Which ruined the surprise Product rating 5 stars, Delivery rating 1 star

It was perfect 👍 Many thanks for your efforts to deliver such a beautiful bouquet 💐 and in time also. When my friend recived it in the hospital, she told it was the best thing that happened to her during that day of her surgery and she loved it so much.
It was a great experience in the Roses delivery without being in the shop to choose or anything. The flowers came in a perfect shape, packaging, and the fastest delivery ever. It arrived on time and the what’s app assistant was very helpful.

Product didn’t arrive on time and as requested, so I lost the benefit of surprise I wanted to do. Also customer service over WhatsApp is not good and a bit aggressive. Product is amazing but service is poor
